I donβt like to have oily foods for breakfast. This is the reason why I love Khaman Dhoklas and Idlis so much. I have never been successful in preparing these Dhoklas at home as they almost always stick to the cooker. I will give it a try once again, this time I will follow your recipe. Keep sharing such posts. https://livingfoodz.com/stories/bring-gujarat-to-your-kitchen-with-this-dhokla-recipe-1058
